Monoblock Gates with Enhanced Functionality

The new monoblock gates equipped on Jeantil trailers come with several advantages! The central aluminum hatch features an adjustable opening for optimal control of product discharge. They offer more stability when open and complete sealing thanks to the new triangle and sealing joint. The box includes new side locks to optimize adjustments and minimize product accumulation while maintaining aesthetics. Prefer a hydraulic lock at the center of the gate? It’s available (optional but standard on the 1.58m box). This option ensures better sealing for heavy products while optimizing product descent (with the hydraulic lock positioned under the box when the gate is open).

Additionally, these new gates can accommodate a second hatch (optional) or various types of chutes suited to your activity. Need manual gate operation? Choose a beet gate, which allows both manual and hydraulic openings.
