The most power-consuming action is starting the turbine. Additionally, the risk of blockages, often caused by the lack of inertia of the turbine and mixers filled with product, is high. How to avoid these issues? Jeantil has developed hydraulic turbine start-up; with a simple press of a button, you can start the turbine’s inertia using hydraulics. Once the turbine is running, you can engage your PTO to mechanically drive the turbine and mixer.

Once started, the hydraulics are turned off, and all necessary power is transmitted via the PTO.
